Your training, now inside ChatGPT

Connect Endorphins and ask ChatGPT anything about your running — every run, workout, and race answered with your real training data, not generic advice.

Add to ChatGPT — opens chatgpt.com in a new tab.

Your data stays yours. ChatGPT reads only what you approve, and you can disconnect anytime under Connected Apps in Endorphins.

Connected before and ChatGPT can no longer read your training? Use the same link to reconnect, then sign in to Endorphins and re-approve in ChatGPT. Your plan and history are unchanged.

What happens when you click

The link only opens the listing — you stay in control the whole way.

  1. ChatGPT opens the Endorphins Running listing — the app's directory page loads, showing what it can read.
  2. Sign in if needed — if you're signed out, ChatGPT asks you to sign in first.
  3. Enable the app — turn on Endorphins Running so ChatGPT can use it in your conversations.
  4. Authenticate and allow — sign in to Endorphins and approve access to finish connecting.

Opening the listing won't share anything on its own. Nothing is shared until you sign in to Endorphins and approve access yourself.

Add it manually instead

  1. Open ChatGPT (web or app) and sign in.
  2. Open the apps directory and search for "Endorphins Running."
  3. Open the listing and enable the app.
  4. Start a chat and ask about your training.
  5. When prompted, sign in to Endorphins and allow access.
