How to use HSA/FSA with Endorphins Premium

1. Sign up and pay for Endorphins Premium — join through our regular checkout and pay normally with your card.
2. Complete the TrueMed form — fill out TrueMed's short medical questionnaire (about 2-3 minutes). Their licensed providers review your answers to determine whether Endorphins qualifies as part of a health plan.
3. Get approved documentation — if approved, TrueMed sends a Letter of Medical Necessity and instructions for reimbursement. Endorphins doesn't see your medical answers.
