About
This World Marathon Majors event takes place on an officially certified, predominantly flat course that features a slight early descent. The race navigates spectator-lined city streets through the heart of Tokyo. It combines elite competition with mass participation, supported by extensive race logistics including an expo, medical stations, and bag-check. Participants receive finisher swag, including a medal and a robe. The event is characterized by strong volunteer support and post-race celebrations.
