Introducing the Public Roadmap

Hey team!

This is an exciting update that helps us continue ensuring Endorphins remains a community driven brand. Over the years as Endorphins has grown... we have taken A TON of pride in working with you and our global members to ensure the future direction of the community is being built with your best interest in mind. If you've been around for a while, you know we LOVE to send forms out because your feedback and suggestions allows us to carry this out. After asking for your input, we do all that we can to try and implement it.

As we have grown... one of the coolest things is the amount of messages we receive about what excites you, how we can best support you, and what direction we should take the community next. We love talking with you and our members because we do this whole thing FOR YOU and our global community! The side effect of this community growth and now having over 100,000 global members is that it can be hard to understand what to prioritize... and today that changes!

With the help of our city leads who have really pushed us to make it easier to collect suggestions and be more transparent about what our small team is working on to help support you and our members... we have launched a public road map that is 100% controlled by you, our members and our community.

It's really simple. Here's how it works:

1. You can now suggest something that you'd like to see in the community / app
2. You and the rest of the community can upvote (or down vote) suggestions
3. At the beginning of each week, we will see which suggestions have the most engagement and we will implement them!

I am personally really pumped about this because it emphasizes our commitment to making sure our community is at the center of what we do.
