Hi! New to using the app as part of Road 2 Marathon! How can I adjust my goal race in the app (likely running a marathon that is one week prior to the race I thought I was racing in October).

Also, is it possible to move individual workouts in my schedule from week to week? I often have to change up my training schedule based on my work schedule, and I only see where I can modify the schedule but it then applies it to the rest of the training plan.
