Sat Run Updates:
Hey team!
To account for the summer heat- we will be moving our Saturday long runs up 30 mins earlier. Starting this Sat and for the rest of the summer, all weekend runs will kickoff at 8:00am instead of 8:30.
Additionally, we will be expanding our pace groups to help accommodate those starting training for fall races! We will offer the following pace groups for the rest of the summer:
8:00 /mile
8:30 /mile
9:00 /mile
9:30 /mile
10:00 /mile
