Summer Running ☀️

Hi everyone!

Summer is officially here, which means warmer running weather is here too! ☀️ To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, our runs have moved to 7:00 AM.

As temperatures continue to rise, we want to remind everyone how important hydration and fueling are for your performance, recovery, and overall health and safety. 

While we'll continue to make stops during our long runs, we strongly encourage you to bring your own water and/or electrolytes, along with any fuel you may need. Don't forget that hydrating before your run and replenishing afterward are just as important as what you do during it.

Remember: taking care of your body is part of becoming a stronger runner. Check the weather before heading out, adjust your hydration and fueling accordingly, and give yourself permission to slow down when needed. Running in the heat is challenging, and pacing yourself is a smart way to stay healthy and consistent throughout the summer.
