Marathon Training Plans

Hello everyone! I am thinking about running my first ever marathon in the fall and I’m not sure what to use as my training plan. I used nrg coaching for my half marathon in the fall and it went well but the marathon plans don’t seem to align with my fitness. I have alot of endurance built up 25-30 mile weeks with 5 runs a week but my pace is slow 11-12 min per mile. I feel like most beginner marathon plans don’t have enough mileage per week that I’m capable of but the more advanced plans have long runs that would put me over 3 hours which I know isn’t good. If you have any recommendations please let me know!
