Electrolytes - 2 packets a day okay?

Hi! I am currently training for the Chicago marathon in the Texas heat (Dallas 🤠) and I use LMNT packets for electrolytes - either right after a long run or if i was in the sauna for 15 minutes. I’ve noticed with the heat that I am pretty consistently feeling dehydrated - you are constantly sweating in the summer time whether through walking my dog, runs, normal works outs, sitting in the car, etc. I recently started taking 2 LMNT packets a day to try to feel better and space them - but wanted to see if that was too much sodium, etc. or better - if you have any other tips for a girl struggling through this Texas heat and training.
