Brand New to Austin!

Hey all!

My name is Gene Ball. I move to Austin tomorrow and looking for some awesome people to meet / run with, found you all on insta!

No real goals other than completing marathons and pushing myself. I love to run honestly to just feel good, clear my head, and be able to eat whatever I want after really long runs 😎.

I’m originally from New York, so my favorite run will always be around NYC along the water.

I’ll be running the Newport Marathon in October (my first) and I've run some half marathons before!

Best Running Story: My British co-workers thought it would be funny to sign me up for a half marathon last time I was in London without telling me and keep me out drinking until 3 am the day before to see how I could do. That was a fun one.
