Welcome to our Saturday long run! All are welcome! We are back with later start times and lower miles!!

Our mission is to spread positivity and happiness through each of our weekly runs. Foxtrot oldtown will be our home base twice a month for our winter runs since we can meet inside at 9AM, just as a heads up! We will continue to rotate around the city for the other weeks :)

Here are the options:
  • Walking group (1-2miles)
  • 5 mile run at 10 min/mile pace
  • 8 mile run at 9 min/mile pace
  • 8 mile run at 10 min/mile pace
