Welcome to Chicago Endorphins Saturday long run! The mission of Endorphins is to spread positivity and happiness through each of our weekly runs, and today we will at Wormhole Coffee in Wicker!!

We will offer options for 5 miles, 8 miles, and we welcome anyone who wants to come walk! The 8 mile group will have pace options at 9 and 10 minute and the 5 mile group will be around 10 minutes.
