Today we’ll start in Fulton Market at Discourse coffee- should be plenty of space for us to meet on the street beforehand and we’ll head to the lake!
Here are the options:
- Walking group (1-2miles)
- 5 mile run at 10 min/mile pace
- 10 mile run at 8 min/mile pace
- 10 mile run at 9 min/mile pace
- 10 mile run at 10 min/mile pace
