Endorphins Beach Run

Welcome to the Endorphins Beach Run!!

This is going to be an epic day- part long run, part beach day. Sounds like the perfect summer Saturday to us.

We’ll be spending the day at Nahant Beach in Swampscott- meeting for a run, finishing with some coffee and breakfast, and hanging out by the waves. 

The run will kickoff from the northern end of the Nahant Beach Parking lot (42.45413° N, 70.93747° W) at 9:30a. We’ll run ~9mi along the coast and finish up at Union Cafe in Lynn for breakfast, and then walk back to Nahant Beach. 

There are a few ways to get up to Nahant Beach, whatever is easiest for you:

1. Drive and park at the beach parking lot ($10 for the day)

2. Meet up with a crew at North Station and take the T. Meet at 8:15a inside North Station for an 8:30a train on the Newburyport line. Arrives at Lynn Interim at 8:52a, and then a 15min walk to the beach lot

If you want to bring a bag (think towel, change of clothes, snacks, water, beach games, etc.) we can have a “bag drop” by locking stuff up in cars before heading out to run.

Trains run from Lynn Interim back to North Station every hour, at 50mins past the hour (12:50p, 1:50p, etc.) so you can head home on your own schedule!
