Meet at children’s fountain (corner of Clark & North) to start the run, and then we’ll end at foxtrot old town! This is to give us a little more room to get started without blocking the sidewalk. 8am start!

Here are the options:

Walking group (1-2miles)
5 mile run at 10 min/mile pace
10 mile run at 8 min/mile pace
10 mile run at 9 min/mile pace
10 mile run at 10 min/mile pace
