Welcome back to our Sunday trail series!

Let’s meet at 7:30am inside Grand Central terminal, catch the 7:56am train to Cold Spring, and run from the train station to Beacon. We’ll do ~10 miles total around a ~10:00 min pace.

You’re welcome to do more or less once we’re there. The trails are well maintained, but please still come prepared (good shoes, hydration, etc).

After the run, we’ll stop for treats and coffee!
